School of Slow Media
The School of Slow Media is a start up educating and training professionals who want to gain more experience using videography and storytelling to create social impact. The school, based in Hanoi, Vietnam operates out of many satellite cities with classes offered all over South-East Asia at different levels. Ready to expand, the founders of the School of Slow Media (SoSM) needed a precise plan to grow their business.
Hanoi Remix is a short-course training students the practice of human-centered storytelling, a pre-cursor to the extended course, Track X. We developed a clear mission, vision, and marketing strategy for SoSM in order to reach out to potential students. A business plan was developed in conjunction with the marketing strategy to support their growth in 3 phases. KPI's were developed, and benchmarks were used to create new best practices in this emerging field.
